Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., ("PPHC", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading bi-partisan, full-service US government affairs business, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held at 11am BST today, all resolutions were passed.
The result of the poll voting, including all proxies, is detailed below:
