TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, as set out in the formal Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 16 August 2021, were all duly approved by shareholders.
