Result of Annual General Meeting
Curtis Banks, one of the UK's leading SIPP providers, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed on a poll, save for resolution 9 that proposed the authority to purchase its own shares in certain restricted circumstances as set out in the Notice of AGM.

The Board notes the votes opposing resolutions 6-9 and commits to undertaking further engagement with shareholders on these matters before considering what action to take. The Company will engage with and update investors on progress in due course.
