Result of Annual General Meeting

Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed manufacturer of computing, power and communications products, and value added distributor of electronic components, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The results of the voting will be included on the Company's website in due course, www.solidstateplc.com.

Following its trading update announced on 11 August 2020, Solid State will provide a pre-close trading update for the six months to 30 September 2020 and notice of results in the month of October.
