Result of Annual General Meeting
Pathfinder announces that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly passed by way of a poll.
Dennis Edmonds, Non-executive Chairman of Pathfinder, commented:
"The board appreciates the support shown by shareholders in voting overwhelmingly in favour of the resolutions today as we continue to seek to deliver a positive outcome from the long-running dispute in Mozambique."
