Tricorn (AIM:TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.
In accordance with usual practice, Tricorn will comment on its first half business performance in a trading update to be issued on or around 9th October 2019.
