Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company announces that at the AGM of the Company's shareholders, held on Friday 28 June, all resolutions were duly passed.  A copy of the AGM documentation can be found at the Company's website www.herenciaresources.com.

The Company also confirms that it intends to publish its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 in late July 2019, and the Company intends to hold a second general meeting in August 2019 to approve those accounts.
