Result of AGM
Savannah Petroleum PLC, the British independent oil & gas company focused around activities in Niger and Nigeria, held its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") at 10.30 a.m. this morning. Each of the resolutions put to the General Meeting was voted on by way of a poll, and the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed were approved by the shareholders, with results set out below.
