London, 6 June 2019 - Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM, "Telit" and "Group"), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, a poll was held on each of the resolutions and was passed by the required majority, save for resolution 7 which was defeated by a poll.

Resolution 7 dealt with the re-election of the non-executive director, Suvi Linden, having been appointed as a director in October 2018.

The results of the poll will be published on the Group's website (www.telit.com) later today.

The Group will be publishing a trading update for the six months to 30 June 2019 in early July.
