Results of AGM

 

Mayan Energy Ltd (AIM: MYN), the AIM listed oil and gas company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on 11 October 2018, all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed by the requisite majorities. 

 

Please note that following the resignation of H ("Eddie") Gonzalez (announced 5 October 2018), Resolution 3 'Re-appointment of Director' was withdrawn.  All resolutions were taken on a poll.
