Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

 

RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, the notice convening the Group's 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders today.

 

The 2020 Report and Accounts and notice of 2021 AGM are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at https://ir.rpsgroup.com and copies of the documents, along with the form of proxy, have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

 

RPS also announces that its 2021 AGM will be held on Wednesday, 28 April 2021 at the offices of RPS, 20 Western Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4SH, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

 

Due to current restrictions shareholders will not be able to attend in person but should submit their votes by proxy. We will also be releasing a video recording shortly after the meeting which will be available on https://ir.rpsgroup.com/index.
