Redcentric plc (AIM:RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 9 August 2021. Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will also be posted to shareholders on 9 August 2021.
The AGM of the Company will be held at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday 9 September 2021 at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.
