Publication of Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 July 2022

Notice of the Annual General Meeting
DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure, courier and logistics services, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 July 2022 ("Report"), together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("Notice"), have been published today on the Company's website. The Report and the Notice will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies of these documents this week.
DX's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 15 December 2022 at 9.30am at the offices of finnCap, at One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.

DX Express: comprises DX Parcels and DX Exchange and Mail. The Division specialises in the express delivery of parcels and documents.
