Preliminary Unaudited Financial Statements for year ended 30 June 2020
Aura Energy Limited (AEE:ASX, AURA: AIM) advises that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") (Extended Reporting and Lodgement Deadlines- Listed Entities) Instrument 2020/451, enables Australian entities to extend the lodgement date for its annual audited accounts by one month.
The coronavirus pandemic has impacted both locally and internationally the Company's administrative and accounting functions to satisfy the requirements for its annual audit. Accordingly, Aura wishes to provide shareholders with preliminary unaudited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020. The Company will commence the 2020 annual audit on 1 October 2020 and submit an audited annual report before 31 October 2020.
