Posting of the Notice of General Meeting

On 19 March 2020 the Company announced the intention to seek approval to widen the Company's investment policy to enable it to enter into long-term lease agreements with additional counterparties including the National Health Service.

On 7 April 2020 the Company received written approval from the Financial Conduct Authority to make modifications to the Company's investment policy.

Shareholder approval is now being sought by way of a general meeting to be held on 28 May 2020 and a circular setting out further details of the recommended proposals will be posted to shareholders shortly.
