Posting of accounts and notice of general meeting

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM quoted, integrated primary vanadium producer and energy storage provider, with ownership of high-grade assets in South Africa, confirms that yesterday it posted its Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2021 (the "Annual Report") and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on 8 August 2022 at Oak House, Hirzel Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3RH. The Annual Report is available on, and can be downloaded from the Company's website: http://www.bushveldminerals.com/financial-reports/.
