Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
CML confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 along with its Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website at www.cmlmicroplc.com.
The AGM will be held at Pontlands Park Hotel, West Hanningfield Road, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 8HR on 10 August 2022 at 11.00am.
