Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates private underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, is pleased to announce that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy will be posted to shareholders later today and copies are available on its website at www.huwplc.com.
The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday 29 June 2022 at 12 noon at City of London Club, 19 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DS.
