Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the providers of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been mailed to shareholders, and that the Annual Report and associated investor presentation, are now available for download on the Company's website, www.tpgroupglobal.com.

The AGM will be held at 10.30am on Thursday, 16 July 2020 at Apex, Forbury Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 1AX, United Kingdom. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the Board is requesting that shareholders do not attend the AGM this year. If you do attempt to attend the AGM we may turn you away. Shareholders have been invited via the Notice of Annual General Meeting to submit questions in advance which the Board will consider and, if appropriate, publish responses on the Company's website or provide a written response.
