Posting of Annual Report, Accounts, and Notice of AGM

Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, today announces that the Company's annual report and accounts (Annual Report) for the year ended 31 December 2019, and the notice of the Company's annual general meeting (AGM) have been posted to shareholders.

Electronic copies of these documents are available on the Company's website at https://www.medicagroup.co.uk/investors/investor-results-reports/.

A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

As a result of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the Company notes the restrictions on public gatherings imposed by the UK government. In accordance with the government-imposed "stay-at-home" measures, the AGM will be convened with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders (which will be facilitated by Medica Group) at One Priory Square, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 1EA on 20 May 2020, at 10.30am BST.

Shareholders and any persons other than the two shareholders referred to above will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person.

All valid proxy votes will be included in the poll to be taken at the meeting.

Shareholders are urged to register their proxy appointment electronically via Medica Group's Registrar's website at http://www.signalshares.com/ by 10.00am on 18 May 2020. If shareholders prefer to return a hard copy Form of Proxy, they should do so in accordance with the instructions on the Form, which was distributed with the Notice of Meeting.

Shareholders may submit questions to the Board in advance of the AGM by email to CompanySecretary@medicagroup.co.uk. Following the AGM, the Board will respond to the submitted questions and answers will be posted on the investors section of the Company website.
