Tricorn Group plc (AIM: TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it has posted its 2019 Annual Report and Accounts to shareholders along with the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting to be held at its registered office of Spring Lane, Malvern Link, Worcestershire WR14 1DA, at 11.00 am on 11 September 2019.
The Notice sets out the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting and includes the Form of Proxy. The Annual Report and Notice are available on the Company's website at www.tricorn.uk.com.
