Defenx PLC (AIM: DFX), the cyber-security software group, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has now been posted to shareholders.
The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of Strand Hanson, 26 Mount Row, London, W1K 3SQ, on 2 September 2019 at 12:00 p.m.
