Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Oriole Resources, the AIM-quoted exploration company operating in Africa and Europe, is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement on 13 March 2019, the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018 is being posted to shareholders today, together with the notice of AGM and Form of Proxy.
The Company's AGM will be held at 3.00pm on 16 May 2019 at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU.
