Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), today announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 has been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 1 May 2019 at the Company's registered office of 26 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AN.
