Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), today announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 has been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 3 May 2018 at the Company's registered office of 26 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AN.

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be made available on the Company's website at: www.lighthousegroup.plc.uk/accounts-reports/  

The Company also announces that the payment date for the proposed final dividend of 0.30 pence per ordinary share will, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, be 8 May 2018 and not 4 May 2018 as stated in the final results announcement made on 20 February 2018. The associated record and ex-dividend dates remain as previously announced i.e. 6 April 2018 and 5 April 2018 respectively.
