Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc ("the Company"), which develops and markets neuroscience technology to assess brain health, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("2018 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today.
The AGM is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 23 May 2019 at the registered office of the Company, Tunbridge Court, Tunbridge Lane, Bottisham, Cambridge, CB25 9TU.
