POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF AGM
Blancco Technology Group (AIM: BLTG), the industry standard in data erasure and mobile lifecycle solutions, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021, which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), will be posted to shareholders today. The document will also be available on the Company's website, www.blancco.com.
The Company's AGM will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 14 December 2021 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN and via Microsoft Teams. If shareholders wish to attend the AGM via Microsoft Teams or submit questions to the Board, they should contact the Company Secretary (Lorraine Young) via investors@blancco.com no later than 5.30pm on Monday 13 December 2021. The Board will endeavour to provide answers to any questions either during or after the meeting. Please note you will be asked to confirm certain personal details so that the Company can verify you are a shareholder.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit a proxy form appointing the Chair of the meeting as their proxy and giving instructions as to how they wish their votes to be cast. Details of how to do this are given in the notes to the notice of meeting. The deadline for forms of proxy to be received is 12 noon on Friday 10 December 2021.
If new restrictions are imposed because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the arrangements for the AGM have to be changed, then an RNS will be issued giving details of the new arrangements and details will be given on the Company's website, www.blancco.com.
