Notice of Annual General Meeting
Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc (AIM: MED), the artificial intelligence software and simulation company, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("the AGM") will be held will be held at IP Group Offices, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AF on 23 May 2018 at 1.30 pm.
The Group's 2018 Annual Report which contains the formal notice of the AGM has today been posted on the Group's website, www.intelligentultrasound.com. Copies of the Annual Report including the Notice and a form of proxy for use at the AGM have been posted to all shareholders.
Intelligent Ultrasound is committed to reducing paper and improving efficiency in its shareholder communications. From 2020 the Company will no longer be sending paper proxy cards to shareholders unless specifically asked to do so. Advice on how to request a paper proxy will be provided to shareholders at the appropriate time.
