Annual General Meeting & Extraordinary General Meeting

GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, has today published a notice of its 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), to be held at 11 a.m. on 13 February 2020.

 

The Company has also today published a circular and notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") in order to approve a resolution in relation to a proposed placing programme (the "2020 Placing Programme") which will replace the Company's current placing programme. The EGM will be held at 11.15 a.m. on 13 February 2020.

 

The AGM and EGM notices have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and can also be obtained from the Company Secretary or from the Company's website, at https://graviscapital.com/funds/gcp-infra
