Notice of AGM

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading UK professional services firm specialising in restructuring advice, announces that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders will be held at 10.00 am BST on 15 September 2022.

The Notice of AGM has been posted or shared electronically with shareholders today and is also available on the Company's website https://www.frpadvisory.com/investors/financials-documents/.

The proceedings of the AGM will also be broadcast via the Investor Meet Company platform, and shareholders are encouraged to watch the AGM via this route. Investors can register to watch the AGM proceedings via the Investor Meet Company platform at: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/frp-advisory-group-plc/register-investor. This service is free for investors.

Questions can be submitted in advance of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live proceedings. Questions can also be submitted by email, as outlined in the Notice of AGM.

Notwithstanding the recommendation to join the meeting virtually, should shareholders wish to attend in person, we kindly ask that you register your intention to do so by sending an email to frp-agm@oneadvisory.london no later than 13 September 2022.
