Verditek plc (AIM:VDTK), the international clean technology company that develops, manufactures and sells certified lightweight solar panels, is pleased to announce that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Friday 5 August at 12:00pm BST at the Company's registered office: 5 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1LG.
