Availability of 2021 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, today announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2021, together with the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), are available for viewing on the Company's website at www.brickabilitygroupplc.com/reports-and-presentations-2021 and have been posted to those shareholders that have elected to receive a hard copy.
The Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of the Company at Queensgate House, Cookham Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1RB at 11 a.m. on Tuesday 7 September 2021. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
While at the date of this letter lockdown restrictions for the COVID-19 pandemic have been lifted, in order to ensure the continuing safety of shareholders and Company employees the Company and the Board strongly recommend that shareholders appoint the Chairman as their proxy with their voting instructions. Questions can be submitted to the Board by email to investors@brickabilitygroupplc.com and these will be replied to.
Should any shareholder wish to attend the meeting, we would ask that they email investors@brickabilitygroupplc.com by 11 a.m. on Friday 3 September in order that arrangements can be made to ensure that the meeting room has adequate safety arrangements in place. Shareholders will be required to have their temperature taken upon arrival and may be refused entry should their temperature be deemed too high.
