Notice of Annual General Meeting
IDE, the mid-market network, cloud and IT Managed Services provider, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of finnCap, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 11.00 a.m. on 23 August 2021.
