Notice of Annual General Meeting
Contango Holdings Plc, the London listed natural resource development company, announces that it will hold the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company ('AGM'), at 25 Green Street, London W1K 7AX on 22 February 2021 at 11.00am.
Please note that due to COVID-19 and the UK Government's restrictions on travel, assembly and guidance on meetings, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting. Shareholders, their proxies and corporate representatives therefore cannot attend in person, and shareholders are only able to vote on resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM by proxy.
Shareholders who wish to ask a question of the Board relating to the business of the AGM can do so by submitting questions in advance of the AGM by email to investors@contango-holdings-plc.co.uk. The Board will consider all questions received and, to the extent practicable, answers will be published on the Company's website or provided direct to shareholders.
A notice for the AGM of shareholders of the Company, together with a covering letter from the chairman and a form of proxy, will be posted today. Copies of the notice for the General Meeting, and the accompanying documents, will also be made available to download from the Company's website at https://contango-holdings-plc.co.uk/.
