Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 (the "Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020") online and it can be viewed on the Company's website www.astonmartinlagonda.com/investor/shareholder-information. The Annual General Meeting 2020 will take place on Wednesday, 3 June 2020.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
