essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and on-demand cloud services to the flexible workspace industry, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2019 together with the Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and an AGM Proxy Form to its shareholders.

The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.30 am on Thursday 28 November 2019 at the offices of essensys at Aldgate Tower, 7th Floor, 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8FA.

 

For security reasons, shareholders attending the AGM are requested to bring photographic identification with them to ensure entrance to the Group's offices.
