London, 6 June 2019 - Pennpetro, an independent oil and gas company focusing on production in the Gonzales Oil Field in Texas, USA, announces its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11.30am (UK time) on 28 June 2019 at the Dora Carrington Room, Charlotte Street Hotel, Charlotte Street, London, W1T 1RJ.
