Shefa Yamim (LSE: SEFA), a precious stone exploration company in Northern Israel, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") of the Company is to be held at the offices of SI Capital Limited at 13 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HN on Thursday 23 May 2019 at 11:00 am (UK time). 

The Notice of AGM circular, which includes information on the resolutions to be considered at the Meeting will be available to the public from its date of publication until the date of the Annual General Meeting at the offices of VSA Capital Limited, or on the Company's website: www.shefayamim.com

Shefa Yamim (LSE: SEFA) is a multi-commodity explorer of precious stones operating in Northern Israel. Exploration activity is managed by professionally skilled and technically competent personnel and is accompanied by an international team of geological experts with decades of proven experience in their fields.

Shefa Yamim is currently focused on developing a "Mine to Market" strategy, which includes exploration, mining, designing and selling its jewellery pieces containing gemstones from the Holy Land.
