Sub.: NOTICE OF 36TH AGM THROUGH VC/ OAVM ON 22.09.2020 AT 11:30 A.M.
This is to inform that Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of GAIL (India) Limited will be held on Tuesday, the 22nd day of September, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities Exchange Board of India, Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report 2019-20 will be sent only by electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories.
The Company is providing remote e-voting facility to all its members to cast their votes on all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM. Remote e-voting period commences on Friday, 18th September, 2020 (9:00 am) (IST) and ends on Monday, 21st September, 2020 (5:00 pm) (IST). During this period members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, 15th September, 2020, only shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting.
The details such as manner of registering/updating E-mail address, casting vote through e-voting, attending AGM through VC/OAVM has been set out in the Notice of 36th AGM.
