Interim report and electronic communications

Notification pursuant to rule 20 of the AIM Rules

The Company’s Interim Report for the 26 weeks ended 1 October 2018 is being mailed to shareholders today. It is also available on the Company’s website and on request by writing to the Company at shareholder@youngs.co.uk or its registered office: Riverside House, 26 Osiers Road, Wandsworth, London SW18 1NH.

Accompanying the report is a letter to shareholders asking them to confirm their agreement to the Company sending documents and information to them as a shareholder via email. Typically, this would be the Company’s annual reports, interim reports and notices of meetings. The intention behind this request is to reduce the impact of the Company’s operations on the environment by significantly decreasing the volume of paper used, with its very obvious positive environmental benefit. The use of electronic communications would also help the Company save on administration, printing and postage costs, as well as speeding up the provision of information to shareholders. An electronic copy of this letter has been submitted to the AIM Regulation Team at the London Stock Exchange and is available on the Company’s website.
