FY 22 Unaudited Revenue
Further to its announcement on 10 March 2022, finnCap Group PLC ("finnCap" or the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading provider of strategic advisory and capital raising services to growth companies, is delighted to confirm that unaudited revenue for the year ended 31 March 2022 is expected to be approximately £52.4m, an increase of 12% over FY21.
The unaudited divisional performance is set out below:

The Group's adjusted profit before taxation is expected to be in line with market expectations.

"Our strategy to diversify our service offering to meet the broader strategic and financial needs of ambitious growing companies has enabled us to generate record revenue of £52.4m up 12% on FY21.
In FY22, we raised c.£700m of equity for clients, advised on 7 public company M&A transactions with an aggregate value of over £800m, on 22 private M&A transactions with an aggregate value of c.£1.3 billion and arranged c.£400m of debt financings.
The finnCap Cavendish team had an exceptional year, helping clients capitalise in good M&A market conditions and delivered its best-ever revenue performance.
Operating in a more complex equity market in H2, in particular following the tragic events in Ukraine, the finnCap Capital Markets team performed well delivering its second best-ever annual revenue performance and a result in line with our expectations.
