Leo Koot, Executive Chairman of Columbus, commented:

"The Company is continuing with the detailed planning for the drilling of a well in the South West Peninsula, Trinidad. Having identified the Saffron and Clove prospects, the Company is currently seeking the permits and negotiating the contracts necessary to drill each of those prospects.   A final decision as to which prospect to drill will be made closer to the spud date.  A successful well in the South West Peninsula will transform the Company and we look forward to keeping our shareholders updated as to progress.  Consolidated information on the Saffron and Clove prospects can be found in a new presentation available on our website."
