Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the Main Market REIT that has a UK regional commercial real estate portfolio in carefully selected locations outside of London, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 and the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting, ("AGM") has been published on the Company's website www.palacecapitalplc.com. The documents are being posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The AGM will be held at Edwin Coe LLP, 2 Stone Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London, WC2A 3TH on Friday 29 July 2022 at 10.00 am. The Company currently intends that shareholders may attend the meeting in person but should the situation change due to COVID-19 such that we consider that physical attendance is no longer possible, we will notify shareholders of the change, prior to the AGM, via an RNS announcement and on the Company's website (www.palacecapitalplc.com).
Shareholders not attending the meeting are encouraged to submit their votes by proxy electronically via the CREST proxy voting service or www.signalshares.com as appropriate. We encourage shareholders to do this as soon as possible, appointing the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy.
