Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2022 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available at the Company's investor website https://sandersondesign.group/investors/.
The AGM will be held on 12 July 2022 at 10.00am at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
Printed copies of the documents, where requested, are being posted to shareholders today.
