Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, announces that it has posted its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018 to shareholders.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on 26 July 2019 at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP, 20 Cursitor Street, London, EC4A 1LT.
