Sigma, the PRS, residential development and urban regeneration specialist, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 am on Friday 21 June 2019 at 18 Alva Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4QG, and that the following documents have been mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available today:
• | Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Report"); |
• | Notice of AGM; and |
• | Form of Proxy. |
