RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the professional services group, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are available to view on the Group's website at: www.rbgholdings.co.uk/investor-relations/reports-documents-and-circulars/ 

The 2022 AGM of the Group will be held at the offices of the Group, 6th Floor, 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY, on 23 June 2022 at 11.00am

Shareholders who have opted to continue to receive shareholder documents in hard copy form will receive copies of the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts from the Group.

As such, the Group has two types of litigation assets - Rosenblatt's own client matters, and litigation matters run by third-party solicitors. LionFish is positioned to be a unique, alternative provider to the traditional litigation funders.

Convex Capital is a specialist sell-side corporate finance boutique based in Manchester.
