Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Thursday 1 July 2021 at Hollinsbrook Way, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and HM Government's ongoing measures on limiting group gatherings, shareholders are strongly encouraged not to attend the meeting in person.
In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders today:
· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 January 2021 (the "Annual Report")
· Notice of Annual General Meeting
· Proxy Form
A copy of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com from today.
