Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, will today post to shareholders the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021 and a circular containing notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") which will be held on 23 November 2021 at Midday at 1 Landscape Close, Weston on the Green, Oxfordshire, OX25 3SX.
The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM and form of proxy will be available on the Company's website - www.transense.com
Investor Presentation: 2pm, Tuesday 23 November 2021
Nigel Rogers (Executive Chairman) and Melvyn Segal (Chief Financial Officer) will host a presentation to update investors post the AGM at 2pm on Tuesday 23 November 2021. The presentation will be hosted through the digital platform Investor Meet Company.
