The Board of Titon announces that the printed Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30 September 2022, together with the formal notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting, has been posted to all shareholders.
The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 22 March 2023, commencing at 10:00 am at the Company's premises at Falconer Road, Haverhill, CB9 7XU.
